“Frank Hoffmaster has been tattooing for 8 years in the Quad Cities.” I have always been mesmerized and completely fascinated by the ability of an artist to capture his or her viewer. Glimmers of light and hints of shadows make a seemingly simple image come to life. By venturing away from traditional tattoos that use line work and solid color, I've found the style I like best utilizes the negative space of the tattoo just as much as the color placement. This is where I like to take my tattoos. You imagine it, I bring your vision to life. Show me an image and instantly I'm figuring out how to take it apart and put it back together. With a background in Traditional Graphic Design and 3-D Modeling, I have a different view on tattoos than the average tracer. |
